SANIpore® UNY Capsule Filter

Nylon membrane for fine particle removal

The SANIpore® UNY cartridges and capsule filters are designed for ultrafine particle removal in ultrapure water, chemicals, solvents, and other aqueous solutions. For customers who have this need, the SANIpore® UNY filter is a good choice. In terms of manufacturing, we have adopted a nylon 6,6 film with good characteristics.

With pore sizes ranging from 0.10 to 0.65 µm, these filters are versatile and can be used across various applications. Whether in laboratory-scale or full production, the use of identical materials guarantees consistent and reliable filtration results.

The SANIpore® UNY filters are ideal for filtering solvents and other corrosive chemicals. Its excellent particle retention and high flow rates, as well as broad chemical compatibility, are unattainable with other filters.

These filters are an integral part of particle contamination control systems, effectively eliminating ultrafine particles, and ensuring the purity and reliability of the filtration process.

Capsule Filters with Nylon 66 membrane are 100% integrity tested, it is constructed of single -layer hydrophilic nylon 66 membrane. It offers broad chemical compatibility, a higher filter area with high flow rates at low-pressure drop and low extractable.
