SANIpore® UNY filters are designed for ultrafine particle removal in ultrapure water, chemicals, solvents, and other aqueous solutions. For customers who have this need, the SANIpore® UNY filter is a good choice. In terms of manufacturing, we have adopted a nylon6,6 media with good characteristics.
With pore sizes ranging from 0.10 to 0.65 µm, these filters are versatile and can be used across various applications. Whether in laboratory-scale or full production, the use of identical materials guarantees consistent and reliable filtration results.

Can cartridge filters be used for sterile gas applications?Yes, cartridge filters have a highly effective microbial retention capacity to effectively remove microbial contaminants from the air, ensuring a sterile environment. In addition, Sanitek PTFE cartridge filters have good chemical and can be used under a variety of harsh process conditions. Therefore, for applications requiring sterile gases, Sanitek PTFE cartridge filters are a reliable choice.
