TCF® Cartridge Filter

Titanium Cartridge Filter for Pre-Filtration

TCF® is an effective solid-liquid separation cartridge made of more than 99.4% high-purity titanium structure.

Due to its broad chemical compatibility, TCF® can be used for the filtration of most liquids.

TCF® has very good solid-liquid separation effect on low-viscosity liquid with rigid particles.

The best results are achieved when used in combination with a titanium rod filter.

SANITEK TCF® Titanium Cartridge Filter is particularly suitable for decarbonization and filtration of liquids, chemical reagents, ozonated water filtration, steam filtration, etc.

Common questions about Sanitek

Common Questions about SanitekWhat is the difference between PES and PVDF filter membranes?

The main difference lies in their chemical compatibility and filtration properties. PES (polyethersulfone) membranes offer excellent compatibility with a broad range of solvents, acids, and bases. They are known for their low protein binding and high flow rates.

PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) membranes, on the other hand, have superior chemical resistance, making them suitable for aggressive solvents and strong acids. PVDF membranes also provide high protein binding capacity, making them ideal for protein-based applications. The choice between PES and PVDF depends on the specific requirements of the filtration process, including chemical compatibility and protein retention needs.
